Departure

Canouan · St. Vincent & the Grenadines

Aboard

Cap II · Flying Wing

Our northern-Grenadines variant — same fleet, same all-inclusive rate, but built for guests who want more time ashore and a wilder ending. The route runs Canouan → Mustique → Bequia → St. Vincent (Wallilabou & Cumberland) → Bequia → Tobago Cays → Canouan, with longer evenings at the genuine harbour towns and a full day on the volcanic mainland.

Bequia takes the centre of this week — it is the largest of the Grenadines after Canouan, with a working harbour at Admiralty Bay, a half-dozen excellent restaurants on the leeward coast, and the most genuine local life in the chain. Two nights here lets guests walk the Belmont Walkway, eat at Mac's Pizza on a Tuesday Jump-Up, and breakfast on Princess Margaret Beach.

The mainland leg adds a film-set fishing village at Wallilabou Bay (where the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean was shot) and the dramatic vertical-cliff anchorage at Cumberland. Guests fit enough want to do the volcano hike — five hours up to the Soufrière crater rim — and we book a guide and a vehicle from the anchorage.

Local captains

Our captains know Wallilabou, the Cumberland boatmen, the Bequia restaurant calendar. The mainland is a quieter cruising ground — we run it weekly in season.

Before you enquire

Is the route fixed?

Suggested route is Canouan → Mustique → Bequia (2 nights) → St. Vincent (2 nights) → Tobago Cays → Canouan. Days bend with weather. Guests can request a more / less aggressive mainland leg.

Is the volcano hike worth it?

On a clear day, yes — five hours return walk from the leeward base to the Soufrière crater rim, with Caribbean-spanning views from the top. Best in dry season (Jan–Apr). We arrange a guide and vehicle.

How is the food on the mainland?

Wallilabou's restaurant is simple, atmospheric, and reliable. Cumberland boatmen often run a beach grill on request. Bequia has the best restaurant scene in the chain — we book the Belmont Walkway favourites.

When's the best time?

January through April for the volcano (clearest weather). The mainland is wetter than the chain south of it; trade-wind windows are smaller. We avoid the rainiest months (Aug–Oct anyway, hurricane season).

The northern week is the right Grenadines voyage for guests who want a slower pace and more time ashore. Tell us your dates and we will shape the rest.
